PLANT INSPECTION
Our aim is customer satisfaction. One of the daily procedures we apply together with our associated nurseries is the selection of ordered plants. It is a fundamental phase in the selling process, that makes the difference between a happy client and a disappointed one.
The plants are always well inspected in order to match client’s expectation and potential defects are promptly noticed to the client before loading. The high level of satisfaction of our clients confirms we are doing well.
PLANT LOADING
The choice of how to load the plants into the truck/container depends on many factors. Exporting to many different countries we must consider all of them together with the clients, not forgetting that plants are alive and that each loading way has got virtues and vices.
